I cannot recommend this vet enough. Dr. Annie Latraverse and her staff have been beyond incredible. They have gotten me in the same day (same hour) on three separate occasions and have gone above and beyond for my dog each and every time. They make him so comfortable when he is there, when normally he’s anxious at the vet. We have been to many vets (I have a Frenchie, lol), and this is by far the best experience we have had. 20/10.
I have been bringing my rescued Maltipoo here since he was adopted in 2022. The three veterinarians are terrific — as are the techs and front desk staff. I encourage clients to use their pet insurance plan. It may seem like a lot per month, but in the last year, it paid for itself threefold.
I’m very pleased to have found this place. Dr. Hughes is excellent; he accurately diagnosed my pup and selected the best treatment, unlike previous vets who missed the issue.
Dr. Hughes is the ultimate best vet! Dr. Roof diagnosed my Maltese with a heart murmur, and sadly, it developed into heart conditions. I’m thankful for Roof and Hughes, as they gave me an added year and a half with my fur baby. They are both some of the greatest vets I’ve ever experienced in my life. Love Pet Medical Center, and I recommend all my friends with pets to them.
Such an amazing group here at Pet Medical Center — from the doctors to the nurses, everyone handled my Boss with such care and compassion that really eased my worries for his final visits and treatments. I never felt pressured, and they were always looking out for Boss and my family’s well-being.
I have their On Point Pet Health Plan for both of my dogs. I love them — they’re always super attentive and kind.
My Italian Greyhound has been using Tim at Boca Medical Center for four years, and I couldn’t be happier. We are on the Gold On Point Pet Health Plan, which takes care of everything my little guy needs, including dental cleanings. He is sweet, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. The staff is also super accommodating!
